PHASE 9
TARP SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
"STOP IF ADDING WOOD ROOF"
STEP 1: Gather parts and hardware shown in table 9.
STEP 2: Attach tarp support 'N' to fort upright 'A' with
05/16"
x
5 1/2" hex bolt and 05/16" split washer
05/16" flat washer.
STEP 3: Attach tarp support 'MA' to fort upright 'A' with
05/16"
x
5 1/2" hex bolt and 05/16" split washer
and 05/16" flat washer.
*** Make sure roof support 'MA' are square
and level before tigthening the hex bolts
and moving to the next step.

STEP 4: Place L-bracket as shown above.,
mark the center of the hole and using a
drill with a 03/16" drill bit, drill a pilot
hole to port upright 'A'. *** I f y ou have
the wood roof upgrade use the roof support
bracket in place of the L bracket.***
STEP 5, Attach L-bracket to upr;ght 'A' :- -

11/2" lag screw
and 05/16" flat washer
Tighten lag screw by hand.

STEP 6: Using a drill with 03/16" drill bit,
drill a pilot hole 2" deep to
"5/16" FLAT WASHER

STEP 7: Attach L-bracket to roof support 'MA'
with 05/16"

11/2" lag screw and
05/16" flat washer.
Tighten lag screw by hand.
