The DMA channels for floppy port and parallel port are only reserved if an off-board Winbond W83627HG LPC Super I/O controller is
located on the baseboard.
If the corresponding device is disabled in BIOS setup, or if no external Winbond W83627HG LPC Super I/O controller is located on the
baseboard, then the DMA channel can be used by customers hardware.
Not available if Parallel Port is used in ECP mode (Enhanced Parallel Port).
