Adjustable Lateral Support Backrest which can be used to accommodate,
encourage or manage posture. The chosen support option should be subject
to an assessment carried out by an appropriate healthcare professional.
Pressure
Although the chair is supplied as standard with a foam cushion that provides
medium pressure relief, it is also possible to insert alternative pressure
cushions such as air cushions or gel cushions. The chosen cushion should
be subject to a risk assessment carried out by an appropriate healthcare
professional.
Size
The suitability and effectiveness of these features are dependent on correct
chair set-up, which is mainly determined by three key elements.
