Ultrasonic Blower Pack is spraying or dripping water

Probable Cause

l

Ultrasonic Blower Pack is not level.

l

Obstructed airflow from the pressurized box (may be caused by damage or blockage).

l

Obstructed airflow or dirty surfaces in the mist channel.

Corrective Action

l

Level the Ultrasonic Blower Pack with adjustable legs, or re-mount the unit.

l

Inspect the fans and pressurized box. Remove any blockages or replace the pressurized
box.

l

Clean dirty surfaces and ensure that the surface is smooth and without blockages, espe-
cially at distances up to 70 mm (2.75 in) from the mist outlet.
