- the air outlet filter is dirty.
Check for each of the possible causes above and eliminate the problem before you start vacuuming. If the
cause of the problem cannot be identified, hand over the product to the nearest service centre. Never use the
vacuum cleaner if the bag level indicator is completely red during operation. The motor could be damaged
irreparably
MAINTENANCE
As a preventative measure, we recommend emptying the container and cleaning the filters of the vacuum
cleaner after each use.
EMPTYING THE CONTAINER
1. Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the mains. Disconnect the hose from the suction inlet.
2. Push the latches, and shift the container upwards (Fig. 3).
3. Press the latch to open the latch and empty the contents of the container (see Fig. 4).
4. Close the container and return it to the vacuum cleaner. Make sure the container is positioned properly.
You should hear a clicking sound from the handle latches.
REPLACING FILTERS
• The filters should be cleaned or replaced when they are visibly dirty, or
if the appliance‘s suction power is reduced. Always check the filters after
using the appliance.
• In order to avoid damage to the appliance, do not use it with incorrectly
installed filters.
• Before replacing the filters, disconnect the appliance from the electrical
socket.
• You can buy suitable types of filters from your dealer, or you can order
them from the manufacturer.
CLEANING THE INLET FILTERS
1. Disconnect the flexible hose and remove the container.
2. Open the filter holder of the container (Fig. 5) and remove the foam
rubber filter.
3. The foam rubber filter may be cleaned mechanically by shaking them
and cleaning with a soft brush. Heavily fouled filters can be washed
after this step and cleaned with a soft brush in lukewarm water. Do not
use detergents. It is important to let the wet parts dry thoroughly. Do
not use a hair dryer for drying! Wet filters will be damaged if used for
vacuuming!
4. Assemble cleaned or new components and install them in the original
location using the reverse procedure.
Note
: Wet cleaning can cause more wear and tear of the filter, and a
correspondingly shorter service life. If the vacuum cleaner does not perform
with the original suction power, the filters should be replaced with new
ones.
OPERATING MANUAL
ASSEMBLY OF THE VACUUM CLEANER
NOTE
Before fixing or removing accessories, always pull the plug out of the electrical socket!
1. Connecting the flexible hose to the appliance
Insert the flexible hose into the appliance‘s air suction inlet.
When the slide throttle is closed, the air flow is stronger.
Slide throttle in open position – weaker air flow.
2. Attaching the telescopic tube to the hose adapter
Put the telescopic tube on the hose adapter and turn it slightly.
3. Extending the telescopic tube
Press the plastic latch and pull the smaller tube outwards.
4. Fixing the floor attachment to the telescopic tube
Insert the telescopic tube into the floor attachment and turn it slightly.
The flap (Fig. 2) is used for setting the floor attachment to brushing (for
smooth floors), or to smooth vacuuming (for carpets).
ACCESSORIES
Slot nozzle
The slot nozzle adapter is used for vacuuming places that are difficult
to access, such as radiators, slots, corners, pedestals, spaces between
upholstery, and others.
USING THE APLIANCE
NOTE
Before using the appliance, make sure that filters and the dust collection bag are properly positioned and
mounted. Unwind the supply cable length you need. The yellow mark on the supply cable indicates the
optimum cable length. Do not unwind the supply cable beyond the red mark!
1. Adjust the power controller to the minimum setting.
2. Insert the plug into the mains outlet.
3. Press the main switch on the vacuum cleaner.
4. Set the required suction power using the controller.
5. After vacuuming, turn off the product and unplug from the mains outlet.
6. To wind the power cord, press the holder in the back position to make it push against the winder button.
Use your other hand to make sure the power cord does not whip around.
CHECKING THE CONTAINER CONTENT LEVEL
If the suction power is lower, or the dust content level indicator is red even though the nozzle is lifted above
the floor, empty the container immediately.
NOTE
: If the dust level indicator remains red after replacing the container, check for the following:
- some of the air passages (hoses, telescopic tube, suction inlet, brush adapter, or other adapters) are
obstructed;
- the motor filter is dirty;
