TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Possible cause Remedy
The humidifier does not
produce steam or fog The plug is not connected in the wall

helps the dust in the air to settle. If the
problem persists, use distilled water.
The appliance stopped

socket and fill the water tank with water.
Water accumulates outside
the appliance The air is saturated. Reduce the amount of steam.
The appliance is not placed on
a flat, stable surface thus water
accumulates outside the unit. Disconnect the appliance from the socket
and place it on a flat surface.
Direction of the nozzle. Do not aim the nozzle directly at objects
near the appliance. Place the unit on
a waterproof surface 60–90 cm above the
floor level.
Water drips when refilling the
water tank Water remains at the bottom of the
tank. Let the tank dry or tilt it and pour water
out before manipulating with the
appliance.
Increased noise level The unit is not placed on a flat
surface. Make sure the unit is not standing on
a soft, absorbent surface.
The on/off button shines red The red backlit indicates there is
a low water content. Disconnect the appliance from the wall
socket and fill the water tank with water.
SERVICE CENTRE
Extensive maintenance or repair, which requires access to internal parts of the product, has to be performed by
a qualified specialist or the service centre.
