• Long-bladed knives placed upright are very dangerous! Be careful, risk of injury!
• Long and sharp cutlery (carving knives) must be placed horizontally in the upper rack.
• Do not wash very small items in the dishwasher as they can easily slip out of the racks.
• Do not overload the dishwasher!
Upper rack
The upper rack is suitable for:
• glasses,
• coffee and tea cups,
• saucers,
• small bowls and plates,
• shallow pans.
Make sure that the loaded dishware cannot be overturned by running water from the spray arms.
Adjusting the height of the upper rack

1. To adjust the height of the upper basket, grasp the
upper basket in the centre of each side and simply lift
it until it clicks into place in the upper position. It is not
necessary to raise the adjustment handle
2. To lower the upper basket, raise the adjustment
handles on both sides to release the basket and
lower it to the lower position.
