Child lock function
This function prevents unwanted operation of the hob.
1. For locking the control panel press the symbol for activation/deactivation of the child lock (4) until the acoustic
sound goes off.
2. The “ Lo ” (Lock) symbol will be displayed on the control panel, which symbolises that the control panel is locked.
Thus, the control panel of the hob is locked except for the ON/OFF symbol (5), which is deactivated.
3. For unlocking the control panel press and hold the symbol for activation/deactivation of the child lock (3) until
the acoustic sound goes off.
4. The “
Lo
” symbol disappears and the control panel is active again.
Note:
•
If the induction hob is switched off while the child lock function is activated, the control panel lock is active even
after the induction hob has been switched off. In this case the child lock is activated when the induction hob is
switched on and the “
Lo ” symbol is displayed on the control panel.
• For unlocking the control panel press and hold the symbol for activation/deactivation of the child lock (3) until
the acoustic sound goes off. The “
Lo ” symbol disappears and the control panel is active again.
Pause function
All set cooking zones will stop cook by press symbol Pause (3). Displays shows „////“ symbol. Press symbol Pause (3)
again then all zones returns to the set values like before and the hob begin to heat up again.
Timer function
1. Press the timer setting symbol (8) during cooking. The „00“ value is blinking.
2. Press - or + to set the time to 1-99 in sequence. After pressing the timer setting for the first time, set the
individual minutes, press and hold - or + to decrease or increase by 10 minutes.
3. When the timer is set, the countdown will start immediately. The display will show the remaining time and the
timer indicator will flash for 5 seconds.
4. After the set time elapses, a sound signal is heard, which you can switch off by pressing a random symbol.
Note: To deactivate the countdown function, press the countdown symbol (5), then press or move your finger
over the slider (2) and set “00” on the display (4).
Delayed off function of one or more cooking zones
1. Press the touch control panel to select the cooking zone for which you want to use the timer. Press the timer
setting symbol (4), „00“ flashes.
2. Press - or + to set the time to 1-99 in sequence. After pressing the timer setting for the first time, set the
individual minutes, press and hold - or + to decrease or increase by 10 minutes.
3. When the timer is set, the countdown will start immediately. The display will show the remaining time and the
timer indicator will flash for 5 seconds.
4. When the timer expires, the respective cooking zone will automatically turn off.
5. When you simultaneously set the delayed off function for several cooking zones, a dot at the bottom right of the
respective cooking zones will light up.
6. When the countdown time expires, the corresponding zone will turn off. Then, the lowest set delayed off time for
the next cooking zone is displayed.
7. To cancel the timer, simply touch the slider of the cooking zone.
Note:
Other cooking zones for which no timer is set will remain in operation.
