2-7-2 Advanced Wireless Settings
This router provides some advanced control of wireless parameters, if
you want to configure these settings, click the ‘Wireless’ menu on the
upper-right side of the web management interface, then click ‘Advanced
Settings’, and the following will be displayed on your web browser:
Here are descriptions of every setup item:
Fragment
The threshold (number of bytes) for the
Threshold (1):
fragmentation boundary for directed messages. It is
the maximum data fragment size that can be sent.
Do not modify the default value if you don’t know
what it is, default value is 2346.
RTS Threshold (2):
The RTS (Request To Send) threshold parameter
controls what size data packet (number of bytes) the
low level RF protocol issues to an RTS packet.
Do
not modify default value if you don’t know what it
is, default value is 2347.
