3.4 IP Passthrough

1) The IP Passthrough feature allows a single PC, or a single router on the LAN, to

have the Router’s public IP address assigned to it. IP passthrough works
essentially the same as a bridged mode. Check the LAN MAC address on your PC.
Go to Network Adapter. Right click> Status> Details. See below:

2) Configure IP passthrough on the router. Go to Advanced Network> IP Passthrough>

Tick the “Enabled” box. Input the MAC Address as obtained from your PC LAN
interface and click “Save”.

Note:

Use a colon between the hexadecimal characters. See below:

3) Disable DHCP server on the router. Go to Basic Network> LAN. Click on DHCP

Server to edit and untick the box to disable. Click on “OK” then click on “Save”.
