The scanning of the cameras generally takes around 1 minute to
complete and you will see the available cameras on the left side, as
the picture below.
However, should the scanning returned zero cameras found then
we can start the following troubleshooting procedure.
Hardware wiring check
a.
Please check that the camera had been connected to either the
wired or wireless network and had been powered on for 2
minutes. You can check the status of the IP camera by checking
the front blue LED.

Successful

The camera is
unable to

The unit is
either not
working or the
