The cable needs to be disengaged from the
unlocked brown locking tab of the radio
body, to free it from the beige connector

Lift the brown lever up

to unlock the

ribbon. DO NOT PULL HARD, to avoid
damage.
Once the brown lock is disengaged
carefully lift the ribbon cable from the
locking tabs and pull out.

Notice the contacts are facing upwards
