NORMAL USE: NONE; BEYOND NORMAL USE: REPAIR ANY DAMAGED CABLES, CLEAN AND
TIGHTEN CABLE CONNECTIONS.
REPAIR ANY DAMAGED INSULATION OR REPLACE WELDING CABLES IF NECESSARY,
CLEAN CONNECTIONS.
REPLACE ANY LABELS THAT ARE ILLEGIBLE OR DAMAGED, BLOWTORCH OR VACUUM THE
INSIDE OF THE MACHINE TO REMOVE DUST AND DIRT.

CHECK FOR LOOSE CONNECTIONS.

CHECK FOR WIRES THAT ARE TOO LONG OR OF INADEQUATE SIZE.

CHECK THAT THE WELDING CABLES ARE MAKING GOOD CONTACT BETWEEN
CONNECTIONS.
ERRATIC WELD CURRENT
WITHOUT CURRENT CONTROL OR WITH VERY

MACHINE OVERHEATED. ALLOW THE MACHINE TO RUN 15 MINUTES WITHOUT
WELDING TO COOL DOWN.
