The

UMB-cast (RX) Packets

window displays the number of good bytes and packets that

were received by a unicast, multicast, or broadcast address.

The following information is displayed:

•

Time Interval

—The frequency at which the information on the screen is refreshed. The

setting can be between 1s and 60s, where “s” stands for seconds.

•

Record Number

—Displays the number of times the GbE Interconnect Switch will be

polled. The setting can be between 20 and 200.

•

Unicast

—Counts the total number of good packets that were received by a unicast

address.

•

Multicast

—Counts the total number of good packets that were received by a multicast

address.

•

Broadcast

—Counts the total number of good packets that were received by a broadcast

address.

•

Show/Hide

—Displays or hides unicast, multicast, or broadcast packets.

Click

Clear

to reset the counters.
