3.6 Specific safety rules

CAUTION!

This machine must used only

for cutting wood, or aluminium and PVC if

appropriate blades are fitted.

CAUTION!

The machine must never be

used for cutting ferrous materials, such as

for instance iron and copper, and in any

case for cutting materials other than those

explicitly indicated.

If the machine is portable but is essentially used

within the same department, in the same place

or if it is kept in the same position for a long

time, it should be secured to a bench.

The minimum clearance to leave around the

machine must be 80 cm larger than the largest

piece that you will be handling.

CAUTION!

The machine must be used by

one operator at a time. The type and posi-

tion of the controls allows for safe use by

one operator only.

4. TRANSPORT

In order to ensure suitable protection during transport,

the machine and accessories are packaged in a strong

cardboard box.
Since the packed machine cannot be carried by hand,

it must be lifted and handled with a standard pack

transport trolley.

In the event of storage or handling of the

machine, pay close attention to the picto-

gram on the package. It indicates the

maximum number of pieces which can be

safety stacked. In the event of shipping on

a truck or similar vehicle, make sure that

the package is firmly secured in place to

prevent it overturning. Avoid jolting or

stress, to maintain the machine in working

condition and ensure the safety of individu-

als standing around it..
