Operator’s handbook
9. TROUBLESHOOTING
Each machine is assembled and scrupulously tested
in our plant before being shipped, it is very unlikely
that it will be subject to faults or breakage.
However we have prepared a list below summarising
the main causes of faults which may occur and the
measures you need to take to resolve them.
9.1
The blade does not cut completely
If the blade does not cut the piece completely, adjust
the lowering of the saw-motor arm using regulator P
(fi g. 36) on the upper right part of the support.
However, be careful that the blade does not touch
the rotating table.
9.2
Incorrect cutting table angle
If the cutting angle is incorrect, adjust the rotating
table as follows:
Adjust eccentric bush R (fi g. 37) after having
loosened the screws which lock it. Then rotate it
in one direction or the other until obtaining the
correct position.
9.3
Incorrect maximum table rotation
If the rotating table stops its rotation at more or less
45°, adjust regulator S (fi g. 38) located on the right
and left rear part of the support arm.
9.4
Incorrect arm inclination
If the saw-motor arm inclination angle in position 0°
o 45° is not exact, adjust regulator T (fi g. 39) located
on the left and right side of the support.
10. DISPOSAL
If the machine is to be scrapped, its parts must be
disposed of separately.
Look after the environment!
Contact a specialised centre for the collec-
tion of metals.
The structure of the cutting-
off machines and the blade
are made of steel, while some
parts such as the handle, the
casings of the electric motor
etc. are made of polymeric
material.
In this regard, divide the
materials according to their
type, entrusting specialised
and authorised companies for
their disposal, in compliance
with the law.
In compliance with Directive 2002/96/EC, it is for-
bidden to dispose of the machine with the normal
household waste.
Contact the dealer for disposal.
Look after the environment!
Dispose of cuttings (chips, shavings, etc.)
in compliance with the regulations in force.
