Step 3- Lower the fully extended steering column down on top of the
two unlocked deck, pull out the metal latch located at the very top of
the lower painted steering column base and “hook” it into the slot,
located near the top front of folded-rear-deck 2 (now positioned as the
top deck).
Step 4- Fold up the kickstand and lift up the folded/hooked semi folded
C-B® to an almost vertical position, by grasping the highest point, at
the front side of the extending black upper steering tube, just below the
dash/display.
