Next, using your right hand, lift up the folded steering column carry
handle to a vertical, erect position and hold it in place, while using
the fingers of your left hand to “twist” the “round-black-screw-wheel”,
located at the front front of the lower steering column, in a clock wise
direction, until the screw wheel is snug & tight. Hint: Once the screw
wheel is snug and tight, it will move no further. CAUTION: Do not over
tighten, attempting to use your full force. You could damage the screw
wheel tightener mechanism.
