Outgoing Phone Call by Dialling Interface Manually
The Intercom station dials the number of the telephone interface (e.g. with direct dialling).
As soon as the conversation to the telephone interface is set up, the Intercom station receives the
“dial tone“ signal and can dial any telephone number.
In addition to the numeric buttons 0 to 9 the following telephone buttons can be dialled at the Intercom
station:
It is also possible to define a number, that is automatically pre-dialled before the telephone number is
dialled, e.g. an exchange number for dialling out, or for selecting a certain provider.
After Dialling at Telephone
Outgoing Phone Call by Direct Outward Dialling
It is possible to define several telephone numbers per telephone interface (via the “PA-function“)
which can be dialled
directly
at the Intercom station, without having to pre-dial the number of the
interface.
In CCT 800, the following number of
entries
of telephone numbers per interface are possible:
Up to
PRO 800 1.1:
41
As of
PRO 800 1.1:
339
By means of “wildcards” it is possible to integrate several telephone numbers with only one entry
in CCT 800 (
This function is only available for
max. 4-digit
telephone numbers (PA-codes
max. 4-digit, see
current version of the manual “PRO 800”).
A “dummy“ relay contact is required.
In spite of this configured function, a call however can be built up by dialling the interface manually
(
Including a Range of Numbers via Wildcards
To simplify the configuration in CCT 800 (
), it is possible to define a range of telephone
numbers as “wildcards”.
The telephone numbers included by those wildcards can then be dialled at the Intercom stations as
explained
Note:
In case of
outgoing phone calls
(via dialling interface manually or direct outward dialling),
no pass-

has to be entered on the telephone, even if a password is defined in CCT 800 – this is only valid
