The ComSwitch products are compatible with the
following telephone company services: Call Waiting,
Caller ID, Call Waiting Caller ID, Call Conferencing,
Distinctive Ring and Voice Mail. ComSwitch products
will answer incoming telephone calls and route the call to
the appropriate device. Fax calls go to the fax, phone calls
go to the phone. Modem calls require an access code for
security purposes.
The SS900 connects directly to the ComSwitch and will
allow you to answer calls through the multimedia
connections. Connect the SS900 as follows:
Connecting the SS900 to HotCall®
HotCall is a phone/Internet Call Waiting (and/or Call
Waiting Caller ID) device that allows you to receive phone
calls while surfing the net. When HotCall is connected to the
SS900, it allows you to answer the phone on your
multimedia headset while maintaining your Internet
connection.
