1. Charging control
(1) Charging begins:
When receiving the order of power turn on or preheating, it will carry out charging control at first;
(2) Charging stops:
Charging will stop if meet the two following conditions:
a. The preheating of compressor has been closed for 30 min;
b. Switched to the power turn-off mode or supplying air mode for 10 min.
2. Capacitance short-circuit protection (short trouble under DC Power)
When the DC Power busbar voltage is measured lower than 100v after 2s of pulling in the charging relay,
you should cut down the charging relay immediately; and carry on the above operation after 30s, if the
capacitance short circuit was judged for two times, it shows that the machine has DC Power short trouble,
and can’t be resumed.
(5) PFC function control
1. Power frequency checking (suitable for Semi-active PFC control):
(1) When power on, you continually measure power cycling fit for185 ms

215 ms for 10 times
within 2s, then you can confirm that the power frequency is 50 HZ, and you should control the PFC
according to the 50 Hz power parameter.
(2) When power on, you continually measure power cycling fit for 151 ms

with 3s, then you can confirm that the power frequency is 60 HZ, and you should control the PFC according
to the 60 Hz power parameter.
(3) If the power cycling T doesn’t meet conditions (1) and (2), and doesn’t have trouble at the normal mode,
we shouldn’t start PFC, but start the compressor normally. If it has the PFC trouble at the testing mode and
can’t be resumed, it is only removed after cut the power. Both of the compressor and PFC shouldn’t be
started.
5. The protection functions of controller
(1) Evaporator frozen-preventing protection function
At the mode of Cooling, dehumidifying:
Evaporator frozen-preventing protection function is allowed to begin after 6 min of starting the compressor.
