• Move the master switch (1) to

“0”

position.

• Remove the plug from the power socket.

• Discharge any residual pressure from the high pressure hose, keeping the spray gun lever (15) pressed

for a few seconds.

• Wait for the high pressure cleaner to cool down.

DECOMMISSIONING

• Disconnect the spray gun (17) from the high pressure hose (25) and put it away using the supports (3).

• Disconnect the high pressure hose from the water outlet fitting (12), wind it up carefully, avoiding

bends, and put it away on the support (7).

• Wind the power cable up with care (6), avoiding bending it, and put it away on the support (7).

• The high pressure cleaner must be kept in a dry, clean place paying attention not to damage the high

pressure hose and the power cable.

NOTE:

after a prolonged period of non-use you could find a few drops of water under the pump.

This dripping normally disappears after a few hours of use. If it does persist however, contact a

Specialized

Technician.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Do the operations described in the

“Stop”

paragraph and follow the instructions given in the following

table.

Every time it is used

• Check the power cable, high pressure hose, fittings, spray gun and lance hose.

If one or more parts are found to be damaged do not, under any circumstances,

use the high pressure cleaner and contact a Specialized Technician

• Check pump oil level with the motor off and the machine completely cooled down.

• Use the indicator (33) or the dipstick integrated in the plug (10). When topping up is

needed please refer to the lubricant types given in the

“Specifications and technical

data”

paragraph.

• Cleaning the water inlet filter (35).

Unscrew the water inlet hose-end fitting (18) and take the filter out (also see

Fig. 8

It is normally enough to put the filter under running water or blow it with compressed

air to clean it. In the most difficult cases use a scale remover or replace it, contacting

an authorised assistance centre to buy the new filter.

Weekly

• Clean the water inlet filter (14).

Unscrew the cap (21) with a 27 mm fixed jaw spanner and take the cartridge (20) out,

(see

Fig. 9

). It is normally enough to put the cartridge under running water or blow

it with compressed air to clean it. In the most difficult cases, use a scale remover or

replace it, contacting an authorised assistance centre to buy the new cartridge.

Mount the cartridge and screw the plug back down.
