2 AUDIO MODULE WITH AND WITHOU AMPLIFIER
The AUDIO MODULE is available as two types of device.
•
AUDIO MODULE with integrated amplifier (art.20004503): is connected direct to the
speakers through integral amplifiers. The stereo audio output of the integrated amplifier
produces 2x 20 W RMS at 4
Ω .
•
AUDIO MODULE without integrated amplifier (art.20004504): is connected via a line out
output to an existing Hi-Fi system or active loudspeaker. This is an audio line-out (3.5mm
stereo phone connector) of 2 V
rms
at 10 k Ω .
2.1 SCOPE OF SUPPLY AND INTERFACES
The AUDIO MODULE is supplied in a white cardboard shipping box with the following contents:

1x AUDIO MODULE
•
1x 2-pole screw terminal for power supply
•
1x 4-pole screw terminal for loudspeaker (only for variant with integrated amplifier)
A power supply unit for the device is NOT included!
Apart from the connection for the power supply (Speaker 24 V DC, Line 10-32 V DC) , the
AUDIOMODULE offers the following ports:
•
1x 3.5 mm phone connector for Line In (audio in)
•
1x 3.5 mm phone connector for Line In (audio out; only for variant without integrated
amplifier)
•
1x 4-pole screw terminal for 2 loudspeaker (loudspeaker out; only for variant with
integrated amplifier)
•
1x RJ 45: Ethernet 100 Mbit/s full duplex
•
4x USB ports
•
Variant with integrated amplifier: 2x speaker outputs, 2x20 W RMS at 4 Ω , Operating voltage
24 V DC
•
Variant without integrated amplifier: Audio line-out, 2 V
rms
at 10 k Ω , Operating voltage 10-
32 V DC
