Instructions
Using Footrest
1.
Footrest is shipped in the folded-up position; you must release the holding strap to lower Footrest
2.
Snap Footrest strap to bottom of Footrest, snap button located on bottom of Footrest.
3.
Lower the Footrest; Do Not Use the Footrest as a stepping platform. This is UNSAFE.

Self-Propelled Wheels
1.
To release Wheel Lock, you must have the Wheel Lock lever in the upright position.
2.
To engage Wheel Lock, you must push Wheel Lock lever forward, until lever snaps into position.

workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of any part or entire
unit at our option for a period of one year from date of delivery to the original purchaser.
The warranty does not include cost of inconvenience, property damage, misuse, abuse, accident or similar
incidents. The warranty will not apply if product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized
