understand your tRAS and tRP values. If the tRC takes too long, performance is
degraded by waiting for unnecessary delays to activate new addresses after
completing the entire clock cycle. Then once the value is set too small, the
new cycle can be initialized before the active row cell is fully charged.

Write Recover Time（TWR）
Select the write reply time after DRAM logs in to the last write, that is, the
pre-charge time after the last write.

RAS/RAS Delay（TRRD）
TRRD represents the "delay of row element to row element". This value also
indicates the time interval between sending activation instructions (REF
instructions) twice to the same row unit in the same bank. The smaller the
tRRD, the better. The lower latency means that the next bank can be activated
faster and read and write. However, due to the need for a certain amount of
data, too short delay will cause continuous data expansion. For desktop
computers, it is recommended that the TRRD value be set to two clock cycles,
which is the best setting when data expansion can be ignored.

Write to Read Delay（tWTR）
TWTR means "read to write delay". It sets the clock cycle that must wait
between the last valid write operation and the next read operation in the
same cell in the DDR memory module.
