Use
1. Choose the plates you wish to use and put them in (see
Changing plates
).
2. Plug in the appliance to a wall socket, the red indicator will light up.
Pre-heat the sandwich toaster until the green indicator lights up.
3. Open the toaster and place the sandwiches inside.
4. Close the toaster carefully.
5. When the sandwiches are done, carefully open the toaster. Use only plastic or
wooden tools that will not damage the coating when removing the sandwiches
from the toaster.
6. If you continue using the sandwich toaster, the highest efficiency is achieved by
closing the appliance after removing the sandwiches, and keeping it closed until
you put in new sandwiches.
7. Immediately unplug the appliance from the wall socket when you have finished
using it.
Note!
When using the sandwich toaster, the green indicator light may switch on and
off at regular intervals, as the toaster tries to keep an even temperature.
Maintenance and cleaning
• Always unplug the sandwich toaster and let it cool off before cleaning it.
• Brush any crumbs or remainders of the sandwiches from the cooking surfaces
(the plates), or use kitchen paper to wipe them clean. Never immerse the sandwich
toaster in water or any other liquid to clean it.
• Remove the plates to facilitate cleaning the sandwich toaster and the plates.
• Use a moist cloth, and if necessary a mild detergent, to clean the outside of
the sandwich toaster. Avoid solvents and abrasive detergents.

Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you are unsure about how
to dispose of this product contact your municipality.
