Note:
In most cases, waste electronics should be taken to a recycling centre; electric
shavers, for example should be taken back in one piece with the battery still inside.
Certain countries and regions however, require that waste electronics and batteries
are handled separately. This is how to remove the batteries from the battery pack
of the multitrimmer.
1. Detach the battery pack from
the trimmer.
2. Remove the screws holding
the battery pack together.
3. Open the battery pack and remove
the batteries.
4. Cut the wires connecting
the batteries to the electronics at
the point marked by the arrow in
the figure above.
