Periodic Maintenance and Adjustment 8-18

and tighten to the specified torque.

10 Nm (1.0m·kgf, 7.2ft·lbf)

5. Fill the differential gear case with the

recommended oil.

Recommended oil:

SAE 80 API GL-4 Hypoid gear oil

Oil quantity:

0.28 L (0.3 qt)

CAUTION:

Be sure no foreign material enters the

differential gear case.

6. Install the differential gear oil filler bolt, and

tighten it to the specified torque.

Tightening torque:
