Notice
Do not use harsh abrasives or caustic cleaners to clean fixture surface. A mild detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth
will remove normal dirt and soap accumulations from fittings and surfaces. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning and polish
with a soft dry cloth to restore original luster of material.
Do not use cleaners in cistern. Products containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite) can seriously damage fittings in the
cistern. This damage can cause leakage and property damage.
LIXIL Africa shall not be responsible or liable for
any cistern fitting damage caused by the use of cleaners containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite).

Replace handle or button.
Set to prescribed level.
Air tube needs to be replaced.
Reconnect or change air tube.
Install air vent per instructions.
Use a plunger or toilet augur to unclog.

Make sure there is no material/residue stuck to the
concealed cistern.
Concealed cistern in tank closes too quickly or does not
open.
Turn off the water supply. If water continues to flow into
the bowl, check whether the flush valve has become
deformed or whether the rubber gasket is having
problems sealing.
Turn off the water supply. If water continues to flow into
the bowl until the water level falls to the level of the
overflow pipe, sand or debris maybe be lodged in the
water control mechanism.
Water level in tank is below precribed level.
