Following is the list of frequent questions and answers.
I cannot communicate with other devices.
- Check if your device is paired with User 1 (Master Device).
- In your group, check if User 1 (Master Device) exists.

I cannot join a group communication.
- Check if other users are connected on the display.
- Check if there is a User 1 (Master Device) in the group.
- You might be too far from User 1 to get the signal from it.

I cannot turn on the device.
-Make sure the belt pack is fully charged. Once charged, press the PWE button in for two
seconds.

I lose connections sometimes.
- Check if other users are connected on the display.
- Check if someone is using the same user number as yours.

If you are using a belt pack in a press box, make sure that the belt pack has a entire view of
the field. NEVER keep the belt pack on your hip or below ANY OBSTRUCTION while in the
press box.

FAQ
Other users’ voice sounds broken.
- Check if the distance between the users is too far.
- Other users can barely hear my voice.
- Check if you set MIC level low.
- Check if the headset microphone is a little far from your mouth.
