Selects and correlates card SDI inputs to display PiPs. 

Input Video Routing Controls

• PiP-to-SDI Source Select

Drop-down selectors for each PiP allow correlating SDI inputs to each 

requested PiP. Any SDI IN can be assigned to any PiP.

Note: Where quad-link SDI IN is used (SDI IN 1 thru SDI IN 4), the 

consecutive four SDI INs will be assigned to the desired PiP using 
SDI IN 1 as the SDI IN – PiP designator for the PiP. 

The number of PiPs displayed are dynamically tailored to the number of 

PiPs requested/assigned using the PIP Assignment tab (p. 3-9).

In this example, the left example shows case where 16 PiPs are allotted 

to Screen 1 and 2 PiPs are allotted to Screen 2. The right example shows 
case where 8 PiPs are allotted to Screen 1, and none to Screen 2, 
thereby suppressing the Screen 2 column entirely.)
