4. Slowly rotate the upper pulley by hand to make sure that the blade is centred on both of the blade pulley wheels.
5. If adjustment is necessary, loosen the wing nut on the tracking knob (12) and move the knob in or out until
the blade runs true.
1. Open the upper and lower pulley
wheel covers.
2. Adjust the blade tension using the tension
knob (4). Turn the knob clockwise to
increase the tension, anticlockwise to
decrease the tension.
3. The saw blade is correctly tensioned if
it can be moved approximately 10 mm
sideways with moderate hand pressure.
