Daily service by owner
Batteries
Charge batteries (after each daily use only).
Weekly service by owner
Batteries (For vehicles NOT equipped with the
Single-Point Watering System)
Check electrolyte level. Add water if
necessary.
See page 41.
Batteries (For vehicles equipped with the
Single-Point Watering System). Water monthly
or according to the established watering
interval.
Water the batteries. Observe that water flow
occurs and no water overflows from any cell.

Batteries
Wash battery tops and clean terminals with
baking soda/water solution.
Tires
Check air pressure and adjust if necessary.
See Vehicle Specifications on page 54.
Monthly service by owner or trained
technician
General vehicle
Wash battery compartment and underside of
vehicle.
Initial (one-time) inspection by owner or
trained technician after six weeks of use
Batteries (For vehicles newly equipped with
the Single Point Watering System)
For vehicles newly equipped with the SPWS,
manually check battery electrolyte levels of
all cells to verify correct valve operation.

Check brake shoes; replace if necessary.
Lubricate brake slides per Lubrication
Schedule.
Check brake cables for damage; replace if
necessary.
Brake system
Check brake cable equalizer adjustment;
adjust if necessary.
Electrical wiring and connections
Check for tightness and damage.
Forward/Reverse switch
Check condition of contacts and wire
connections. Make sure connections are tight.
Front wheel alignment and camber
Check and adjust as required.

Semiannual service by trained technician
only (every 50 hours of operation or 100
rounds of golf)
Motor controller output regulator (MCOR)
Check for loose hardware, cracks and other
damage.
