To install an Articulated Arm on a tree a 2000 Kg 
lifting sling is required.

The  remaining  length  after  the  knot  should 
protrude between 10 and 15 cm.

Be sure to measure the diameter of the tree at 
the height where the installation will be made.

The  ratchet  tape  must  be 
located  in  an  inaccessible 
position to the user.

Slings are measured end to end

Required items:  

Anchor Plate for Trees using ratchet tape.

4.4 Articulated Arm installation on trees using lifting sling 

Secure the ratchet with a cable tie

The nut of the shackle must be instaled 
on the opposite side where the arm falls
