INSTALLATION DES ROUES
/ WHEEL INSTALLATION
:
Pour cette étape, nous recommandons d'être à 2 personnes / We recommend that there are 2 people for this step
- Faire pivoter l'armoire de 90° sur sa palette pour que les 4 platines soient dans le vide
/ Rotate the cabinet 90° on its pallet
so that the 4 plates are in the air
- Utiliser des bastaings de bois pour faire levier et rehausser l'armoire d'un côté, puis de l'autre, le temps de visser
chaque roue (4x vis et 4x rondelles inox fournies
) / Use wooden joists to leverage and rise up the cabinet on one side, then on the
other, while you screw each wheel (4x screws and 4x stainless steel washer provided)
Il est recommandé d'être à 2 personnes pour déplacer l'armoire, de toujours positionner au mieux les roues, favorisant
l'empattement le plus large et de bloquer les freins
/ It is recommended to be 2 people to move the cabinet and to always position
the wheels in the best possible way, favoring the widest wheelbase and to lock the brakes
RAPPEL SUR LE RÔLE DES CLÉS / REMINDER ON THE ROLE OF THE KEYS :
- La clé du bouton d'arrêt d'urgence a un rôle de consignation. On ne peut pas relancer l'armoire si l'arrêt d'urgence a été
enclenché, seule la personne autorisée possédant cette clé est habilitée à utiliser l'armoire. Par exemple, le soir, le bouton
d'arrêt d'urgence devrait être enfoncé, pour que personne n'utilise l'armoire en l'absence de personnel formé
/ The key
to the emergency stop button has a consignment role. One cannot restart the cabinet if the emergency stop has been triggered, only the
authorized person with this key is entitled to use the cabinet. For example : in the evening the emergency stop button should be pressed,
so that no one uses the cabinet in the absence of authorized/trained staff.
- La clé du verrou de porte sert en cas de déverrouillage d'urgence. On ne peut pas ouvrir l'armoire une fois le cycle de
traitement lancé. Le cycle dure 45 à 150 minutes suivant le modèle. Si en cas d'extrême urgence ou de fausse manipu-
lation vous deviez ouvrir la porte, commencez par interrompre le cycle à l'aide de l'arrêt d'urgence. Puis utilisez la clé du
verrou, tournez d'un demi-tour dans le sens horaire et tirez la poignée vers le bas. Attention, en cas d'ouverture de la
porte en urgence ou en cours de cycle, vous vous exposez à une forte concentration d'ozone pouvant nuire à votre san-
té /
The door lock key is used in the event of an emergency unlocking. You can't open the cabinet once the treatment cycle has started.
The cycle lasts 45 to 150 minutes depending on the model. If in case of extreme emergency or false manipulation you had to open the
door, start by interrupting the cycle using the emergency stop. Then use the key of the lock, turn half a turn clockwise and pull the handle
downward. Warning : if the door is opened in an emergency or during the cycle, you are exposing yourself to high concentration of ozone
which can be harmful to your health.
Ces 2 clés ne doivent en aucun cas rester en permanence sur les serrures de l'armoire. Ces clés doivent rester sous la
responsabilité d'une personne formée aux risques liés à l'ozone. La clé de déverrouillage d'urgence de la porte en par-
ticulier doit rester à proximité de l'armoire, pour être en mesure de réagir rapidement en cas de nécessité d'ouverture
d'urgence /
Under no circumstances should these 2 keys remain permanently on the locks of the cabinet. These keys must remain under
the responsability of a person trained in the risks associated with ozone. The emergency door release key, in particular, must remain near
the cabinet, in order to react quickly if an emergency opening is needed.
MISE EN SERVICE ET PREMIÈRE UTILISATION / COMMISSIONING AND FIRST USE :
- Brancher l'armoire au réseau électrique, sur une prise munie d'un raccordement à la terre. Le voyant vert est allumé tant
que l'armoire est alimentée
/ Connect the cabinet to the electrical power supply, inserting the plug into a grounded electrical socket
outlet. The green LED is on as long as the cabinet is powered.
- Charger l'armoire avec votre matériel
/ Load the cabinet with your equipment
- Fermez la porte, puis remonter la poignée en s'assurant que la tête s'insère complètement dans le verrou de porte /
Close the door, then lift the handle making sure that the head fits completely into the lock door
- Appuyer sur le bouton START
/ Press the START button
- Le générateur démarre et le voyant rouge "Cycle en cours / Working" s'allume
/ The generator starts and the red "Cycle in
progress / working" indocator lights up
- Après 45 ou 150min suivant le modèle, le voyant rouge passe en clignotant et le système libère la sécurité de la porte
After 45 or 150 min (depending on the model) the red-light flashes and the system releases the door safety
- Ouvrir la porte en grand puis s'éloigner de 2m pendant 20 secondes
/ Open the door wide then move 2 meters away for 20 sec
- Décharger l'armoire
/ Unload the cabinet
