Removing the Top Case module
1. Turn off the computer, and remove the battery ( page 2 - 5 ), remove the HHD ( page 2 - 6 ), remove the ODD ( page
2 - 8 ), remove the Memory ( page 2 - 10 ) , remove Processor ( page 2 - 12 ), remove the WLAN ( page 2 - 15 ) and
the remove Keyboard ( page 2 - 17 ).
2. Remove screws
- and
carefully disconnect the cables

from the Top Case module .

3. Remove screws
-
from the bottom of the computer and use the Eject Pin Tool to carefully push out the hinge
cover at point .
