Removing the Modem Module
1.
Turn off the computer, remove the battery (
page 2 - 6
) and the CPU heat
sink (
page 2 - 6
) and the Wireless LAN and the optical device (
).
2.
Disconnect the connectors
-
from under the keyboard and turn it over.
3.
Remove screws
-
from the rear of the computer.
4.
Remove the screws
-
from the bottom case and disconnect the connectors
-
on the mainboard.
5.
Carefully lift up the top case
off the computer.

b. Remove the screws.
c. Remove the screws and
disconnect the connec-
tors from the main-
board.
d. Remove the top case.
