Power mode

Press the Power button (4) to enter the power mode. Power level 8 is preselected, and the plate starts to

heat up. Change the power level from 1-12 with the + (6) and – (7) buttons. If no pan is detected within 15

seconds, the plate is turned off automatically.

Temperature mode for thermometers

The induction cooker has two thermometers. Press the Temperature button (3) to choose a temperature

for the hob's internaI or externaI thermometer. lf the external thermometer is not connected, the setting

automatically applies to the internal thermometer.

Internal thermometer

The internal thermometer controls and measures the temperature of the plate. The default temperature

for the internaI thermometer is 120 °C. Press the + and - buttons (6, 7) to choose a temperature between

60-240 °C.

External thermometer

Use the external thermometer for precise cooking, when you want to know the exact temperature of the

food or liquid you are preparing. The external thermometer can be used in two ways; it can keep the same

temperature of the food you are cooking, or heat up the food up to a specific temperature and turn off the

heat automatically.

Thermometer mode I

Thermometer mode I helps you heat up the food to a desired temperature and keeps it. This is ideal for slow

cooking, sous vide cooking or to keep the food warm.
Connect the probe thermometer to the thermometer input on the lower right side of the hob and hang it

inside your cooking vessel.
Press the Temperature button (3) to activate mode I. The default temperature of 40 °C is displayed. Use

+ and – (6, 7) to set your own temperature between 40-160 °C (in 1 °C steps). The current temperature is

shown on the display. Press the temperature button again to display the set temperature or to change it.
The hob heats up to the chosen temperature and keeps it. Press the On/Standby button to stop the heating.

Thermometer mode II

Thermometer mode II heats up the food to a desired temperature and turns off automatically when the

temperature is reached. This is ideal for precise cooking of meat or fish.
Connect the probe thermometer to the thermometer input on the lower right side of the hob and insert it

into the meat or fish you are going to cook.
Press and hold the Temperature button (3) for three seconds to activate mode II. The default temperature of

65 °C is displayed. Use + and – (6, 7) to set your own temperature between 40-160 °C (in 1 °C steps).
Press the Power level button (4) to set a power level manually or use a preset (5, 9-12) to adjust the cooking

time.
The current temperature is shown on the display. Press the temperature button again to display the set

temperature or to adjust it. Press the power level button again to display the set power level or to adjust it.
When the chosen temperature is reached, the heat stops and the display shows "END".
