FINISH ROUGH EDGES

Gather the parts:
•  Duct tape (supplied by customer)
•  Metal file
1.  Check for any sharp edges on the frame and file them

smooth so they will not cut the cover.

2.  Apply two layers of heavy duct tape on all pipe

connections and clamps that may contact the cover.

3.  Tape all rafter splices with duct tape to protect the main

cover when it is installed.

4.  Verify that all pipe splices and clamps are secured

using Tek screws.

5.  Continue by installing the pivot wheel assemblies.

INSTALL PIVOT WHEEL ASSEMBLY

When the wheel pivot wheel assembly is properly installed

and locked in the down position, the frame assembly will be

off the ground.
1.  Place a wheel assembly on the ground next to each

end rafter. (See the Quick Start Guide in back of

instruction for proper locations.)

2.  Take one wheel assembly and position it on the

mounting board a few inches in from the end rafter.

NOTE:

The actual pivot wheel assembly may be

different from what is shown.

3.  Center the assembly, mark the mounting holes on the

mounting board, and drill the holes.

4.  Attach the wheel assemblies to the mounting board on

the inside of the frame as shown.

NOTE:

If the mounting bolts are too long, use a small

section of waste mounting board as a spacer, or

replace the bolts with fasteners purchased locally.

5.  Repeat these steps for remaining wheel assemblies.

NOTE:

All wheel assemblies must be level and

attached at the same height. Space wheels in positions

that will best support the frame when it is moved.
