Frame Assembly
After setting and plumbing the end rafter and bracing it in place, set the second rafter and add purlin pipes. Consult the
technical diagrams for connection details.
Frame shown may differ from actual frame.
After setting the first few rafters and installing the purlins, continue with the frame assembly. Loosen QH1070 brackets
as needed to install the purlin sections.
NOTE:
At the end bays only, attach two cable brackets to each rafter. Use rafter mounting bolts to secure brackets.
Close up shows the installed cable brackets. Attach brackets to
inside surface of the first two rafters at each end
of the frame during assembly. Install 1/2" nuts to the inside of the frame/building. Cable assembly and installation is
shown later in this guide.
