Inserting the Batteries

The Clearblue® Fertility Monitor requires two AA alkaline 
(LR6) 1.5v batteries to operate.  For optimal Monitor 
performance, use two new batteries that are the same brand.   

Do not

 use rechargeable batteries.

Remove the battery cover by pressing the battery cover 
release button.  

Insert the positive end of the battery first

, 

aligning the + printed in the battery compartment with the + 
on the battery.   Push down the negative end, and once both 
batteries are inserted replace the cover.  If the batteries are 
not inserted correctly, the Monitor will not work.
