Safety Devices
The device has two safety switches (

). The UV-C lamp (

) only switches on if both
safety switches are pressed into the motor unit (

) (automatic switch-off function of the
UV-C lamp deactivated). This happens automatically when the device is placed on a
fl
at
surface. If the safety switches lose contact with the surface below, the automatic switch-
off function is activated and the UV-C lamp stops being lit (automatic switch-off function
of the UV-C lamp activated).
