• Both jug and lid are made of ECO-friendly Bio-Copolyester, a new break-resistant plastic
(certified Ecozen Bio-Copolyester, made from renewable materials using biomass, BPA &

WARRANTY, SERVICING & REPAIR
There is a 30 day return policy on the
Vortexér
. If returned the
Vortexér
must be completely
dry and in the original packaging. The seller will pay for return shipping, provided you request
a return label, which will be sent by mail.
The
Vortexér
is covered by a 2-year warranty on materials and construction. The
Vortexér
may only be used for vortexing of water. Normal wear and tear and damage due to misuse or
inadequate care and cleaning are not covered by the warranty. It is the user’s responsibility to
check that cables are intact and to inspect the parts for possible damage and wear.
Repairs must be performed by authorized technical personnel only. The
Vortexér
may not be
serviced or repaired by the user. In the event of malfunction, please return the defective parts
to your LIVING WATER VORTEX

dealer for repair.
