Maintenance 

 

Every 5 to 10 years (in some cases it can last longer) remove control valve and empty the Pro-OX filter 

media and replace with new media.     

 

Once a year clean the nozzle and throat on the injector.  Turn off water pressure to your system and 

release any pressure by opening up a hose bib or faucet downstream of the filter system.   Remove the 

two bolts covering the injector.   

 

Using small screwdriver remove the injector nozzle and throat and filter screen and clean with paperclip 

and rinse in vinegar to remove any deposits.
