Choose a finer needle.
The stitch length is set wrongly.

Cleaning
WARNING:
• Always detach the machine from the power supply before
cleaning!
• In no case submerge the machine and the power supply
in water for cleaning. This could cause electrical shock or
fire.
CAUTION:
• Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive objects.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
• Use a dust cloth for outside cleaning of the housing.
• Clean the area underneath the looper cover with a dry
brush.
