The device must be stored in a clean and dry room. Protect the unit from rain,
direct sunlight and frost.
Once the heating is complete, leave the unit on for another 10 minutes. It will be cooled by
the fans until it is cold, then disable the fans.
Then turn it off with the main switch and disconnect it from the power line.
If you immediately disconnect the unit, allow it and all work coils to cool for at least 15
minutes.
1. Opening and first use
1. Unpack the device and accessories provided and check that they are in good condition
and that the device and accessories are not damaged. If you notice any defects, do not
continue!
2. Allow the unit to acclimatize for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the sealing ring located under the cover of the coolant tank filler hole cover.
Pull to remove the tab from the cover and remove the O-ring seal. Then push the tab,
including the foam seal, back into the tank cover. Save the O-ring for possible future use
when sending the machine.
4. If the head is not attached to the handle, screw it in.
5. Fill the unit with the coolant supplied with the unit through the filling hole.
6. Connect the unit to a 230 V outlet and turn it on using the switch located at on the back
of the device.
7. The cooling system purge is automatically activated and the letters "FIL" are displayed.

8. After completing the venting, turn off the unit and add the coolant so that the coolant
level is at the top edge of the unit of the gauge at the back of the device (about 1 cm below
the top of the tank).
9. Turn the unit on again and allow ventilation to continue. If the level doesn’t drop, the
device is filled and vented correctly. Repeat the operation if necessary.
2. Filling the coolant
Check and fill the coolant before each start of the unit. Use only original CLAS coolant:
SA0901 ! DO NOT USE WATER! The unit is equipped with an integrated coolant level control.
If the coolant runs out, the unit stops heating and displays the error message "E####".
In this case, fill the coolant into the tank as described above.
