Clean the surface of the pump and accessories.
•
Check the hose connection. If a fitting is loose, tighten
it tightly.
•
Check the air pressure before using the pump. It must
be between 6 and 8 bar.
•
Check the electrical cable before using the pump. •
Check the level pipe of the tank. If the tank is
completely full, drain the oil in a tank.
•
Check the funnel seal. If the seals are damaged,
replace them with new ones.
•
Check the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. If there
is damage to these parts, replace them with new ones.
•
Check the oil suction probe. If there is damage to
these parts, replace them with new ones.
•
Check the pump impellers. If there is damage to these
parts, replace them with new ones.
•
PROBLEME SOLUTION
Air connection connected, but the vacuum system
does not work.
Check the valve (4). Turn it on.
Air connection connected, but the pressure does not
rise in the funnel.
Check the funnel seals. If the funnel seals are
damaged, replace them with new ones.
Air connection completed, but the vacuum system
does not work.
It may be a foreign body in the silencer. Remove
the silencer (2) and clean the inside of the
silencer part.
The vacuum gauge works but the suction process
does not work.
Check the temperature of the used oil. It must
be between 60 and 80 C.
Check the suction probe. If the probe is
damaged, replace it with a new one.
Check valve on the oil suction pipe (6). If it is
closed, turn it on.
The pressure gauge does not work Replace it by a new one.
