Safety instructions specific to sanders
• Wear a dust mask whenever sanding and a dust extractor connected to
the machine should also be used wherever possible.
• Extra caution should be taken when sanding lead paint, wood, metal or other
materials which produce toxic dust. Make sure that any bystanders in the work
area are also protected.
• Bear in mind that dust caused by sanding can be very flammable when mixed
with air.
