Memory
The memory symbol, MEMORY, on the bottom part of the screen shows how much memory has been
used for weather data history. The weather history can be saved at desired intervals. These intervals can
be changed via the PC software. Up to 4080 readings can be stored. The weather station can save up to
4080 readings of complete weather data, including the time and date. If the memory capacity is exceed-
ed the oldest information is automatically replaced by the new reading.
1. Press the memory symbol to come to weather data memory.
Press
[ – ]
to show previous readings or
[ + ]
to show later readings. The clock displays the time when
the reading was taken.
2. To erase the weather data history, press once on the memory symbol. The text “CLEAR” is displayed.
Press and hold this symbol for approximately 3 seconds to clear the memory. The memory symbol
shows empty.
3. The weather station will not store the memory if the battery is removed.
6. Connecting to a PC
The weather station can even be connected to a PC by via the USB port. This enables the transfer of
data from the weather station to a PC for statisticical and in-depth analysis. Certain settings can only be
done on the computer, for example changing the time intervals for saving data (5 to 250 minutes).
Connections and software

The weather station can be connected to the computer by the included USB cable.

The included software “EasyWeather” must first be installed on the computer. The software makes it
possible to see the saved weather data graphically. The weather station’s limited storage capacity is
now only limited by the computer’s storage capacity.

Windows 2000/XP/Vista (32/64-bit) Windows 7 (32/64-bit).
No drivers are available for Mac OS.
Internet Explorer 6.0 or later.
Processor
Pentium III 500 MHz or higher.
Memory
At least 128 MB, 256 MB is recommended
Installing the software
These installation instructions only apply to Windows 7
1. Make sure that you have administrator’s rights for Windows before beginning. This is to avoid possible
problems with the graphical display of the weather data.
2. Insert the supplied
CD
into your computer’s CD reader.
3. Double click on the
Easyweather 7.3.exe
file and follow the on-screen instructions. Confirm installation
by clicking
Yes
.
4. Open the program by clicking through
Start > Program > EasyWeather > EasyWeather
, and then
double-clicking the
EasyWeather icon
to run the program itself.
