Adjusting the fit
1. Brush any hair off your ears, remove any earrings, pull the ear
cups apart and place them over your ears.
2. Position the ear cups so that the cushions form a tight
seal around ears. Make sure that no hair comes between
the cushions and your head.
3. Adjust the headband. Hold the headband down against your
head with one hand and push the ear cups up until they sit
comfortably over your ears.
4. The headband should rest on the top of your head and
the ear cups should completely cover your ears.
Note:
The effectiveness of the ear defenders could be diminished
by the temples of spectacles if they are worn under the ear cups.
